Bonanza B36TC Annual Inspection & Fuel Bladder Replacement

At Cattlemen Aviation, we recently completed a detailed annual aircraft inspection on a Beechcraft Bonanza B36TC, delivering the level of care and precision aircraft owners expect from a trusted aircraft maintenance shop.

During the inspection, our team performed a full interior carpet removal and replacement, giving the aircraft a refreshed, clean look while maintaining safety and quality standards.

While completing the annual, we identified a fuel bladder leak. After discussing the issue with the owner, we discovered all four fuel bladders had been installed for over 41 years. Based on this, the customer chose to move forward with replacing all four bladders in both wings, an important proactive step to ensure long-term reliability and safety.

This project highlights why choosing an experienced aircraft maintenance facility matters. At Cattlemen Aviation, we don’t just fix problems; we help aircraft owners make informed decisions that protect their investment.

If you’re searching for Bonanza maintenance or need a reliable annual inspection in the Fort Worth area and DFW metroplex, our team is here to help.
